Live Hacking Demo 2014 – Park Bench Industries

The gang at DC970 was invited to give a security presentation to the local NoCO IT Pros meetup group. We chose to do a live demonstration on some of the common ways that home (and corporate) networks get compromised.

We had a very good number RSVP, but that morning quite a bit of snow/ice/wind descended onto Fort Collins and about 50% couldn’t make it.

It was the second time DC970 had presented to NoCO IT Pros, and according to them, both times had ‘above average’ interest and attendance. I expect to do one or two presentations (or more) each year in partnership with that group.
